Position: Customer Service Officer

π Work Schedule: 6-day work week, rotating shifts

About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional travel experience for all passengers. Youβll lead and mentor a dynamic team, uphold service excellence, and work closely with Duty Managers to meet service standards set by airline and airport authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily ground operations to ensure service efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Make informed decisions on operational matters to resolve issues promptly
- Guide, train, and motivate both new and existing staff
- Uphold high standards in service quality, grooming, and workplace discipline
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and SOPs set by the company, airlines, and airport authorities
- Assist the Duty Manager with daily manpower deployment in alignment with operational requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $2,500

Allowances: Shift allowance and OT (Average $200 before probation,$200β$500 after confirmation)
