Position: Customer Service Officer

πŸ•’ Work Schedule: 6-day work week, rotating shifts
πŸ“… Annual Leave: 12 days
🚌 Staff Transport Provided (for shifts ending after midnight)

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional travel experience for all passengers. You’ll lead and mentor a dynamic team, uphold service excellence, and work closely with Duty Managers to meet service standards set by airline and airport authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily ground operations to ensure service efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Make informed decisions on operational matters to resolve issues promptly
  • Guide, train, and motivate both new and existing staff
  • Uphold high standards in service quality, grooming, and workplace discipline
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and SOPs set by the company, airlines, and airport authorities
  • Assist the Duty Manager with daily manpower deployment in alignment with operational requirements

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $2,500
  • Allowances: Shift allowance and OT (Average $200 before probation,$200–$500 after confirmation)
  • Transport: Staff transport provided for midnight shifts
